If you haven’t watched any Louis Theroux documentaries I’d highly recommend them. They are equal parts hilarious, heartbreaking, and awkward, but they are always interesting. I’d start with the Weird Weekends series since it is a little more light hearted than his most recent stuff, check out the titles for each episode on imdb to get a sense of the topics. His two most recent documentaries are on Dementia and Autism, and they are both total bummers, so beware.
